Shri IB Verma was a hardcore social worker who worked tirelessly for the welfare of children and women in the state of Madhya Pradesh. In 1988, he started Bal-Mahila Vikas Samiti in the treacherous Bundelkhand region. He founded Bal-Mahila Vikas Samiti in 1988, because he noticed inequality in the marginalized society. Being aware of the absence of good education system in government schools in Datia and its effect on the economy and local communities, he felt the urge to do something about this. Bal-Mahila Vikas Samiti was founded with the idea to improve the standard of education among children and standard of living among women in Datia by educating communities. Shri IB Verma built an education center in Datia to focus on young adults through the ITI. He also created ANM school, focusing on anganwadi training for marginalized women.
